NVSHL

Q-Block Quakers
The Quakers come from a rough area. They have been one of the few pro teams thatbhave imerged from the streets. Since the rise of the Quakers, they have been dominating the league. Owner, JP Neary, has turned the team around and has created a powerhouse. The fans have never been more happy with their team. Since the acquisition of star forward, Luke McAndrew, they have not dropped a series. Neary is a strong believer in success through discipline and abuse. Obviously it is working out.
Roster
Luke McAndrew
Left Wing
N/A
McAndrew has been an all-star his entire career, being named MVP twice out of the past three seasons he has solidified himself as the number 1 player in The NVSHL. Scoring nearly 4 times per game he’s dominating the league on blades.
Jake Digby
Center
Navy Elementary
Jake got off to a slow start in the 2015 season missing games due to fights. He has shaped up and now looks better than ever. He’s got one of the most elite shots from far out. Digby is a constant threat and for this reason h is a great tool to have when your stars aren’t showing up.
Aurya Aidun
Defenseman
Elementary of Crossfield
Aidun has emerged as an elite defenseman in this league. He’s putting up record breaking hit numbers with back breaking hits. He started off as just another player, bouncing from team to team. After signing his latest contract with Q-Block, Captain, JP Neary, lit a fire under him. Now Aidun is an elite player and yet another star player on this team.
Christopher Vinh
Goalie
The Hunters Woods Elementary
Vinh is a seasoned veteran in the league. He has been a star goalie his entire career and has multiple MVP awards, and most teams say he is the one player you can’t lose. Despite his outstanding play in goal, the Morys couldn’t keep him on roster due to offensive struggles. Vinh has found a new home and perhaps a better fit. He’s still playing at the elite level he can, and brings that veteran experience to this young Quakers team.
Ben Hawkins
Right Wing
Navy Elementary
Hawkins is one of the more talented players on skates. Despite his difficulty to be as mobile as McAndrew or as good of a shot as Harris, he still reminds what he can do as he is very consistent with day in day out solid offensive play. He doesn’t always score, but generates rebounds and keeps the ball in the zone.
Braeden Johnson
Center
The Hunters Woods Elementary
Johnson has struggled to develop on the Quakers due to his limited touches. Sometimes we see spurts of what he can do, like the two goals in one game against his current team, or the checks he can put on a player every once in a while. He has still got a ways to go, but he will be a good player to have when an injury or retiring happens.
John Patrick Neary
Defenseman/Goalie
Waples Mill Elementary
JP Neary has been a long time pro in the NVSHL. He’s been named to multiple all-star games and has won multiple championships. Over the years he has developed into more of a manager/player than just a player. He has become one of the most notable and influential people in the league. Being a star player for a long time, it is fitting for him to be a great leader and board member as well.
